A 46-year-old male presents to the rhinology clinic with 1 month of progressive right eye pressure and 2 days of increased swelling and pain near the right medial canthus.

The patient also describes progressive, right-sided, retro-orbital pain extending to the frontal area over the last month. He denies rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, or a decreased sense of smell.
