A 57-year-old male presents to the emergency room with a foreign body penetrating his right medial orbit, after falling from a ladder onto a bush and some tools. He reports pulling out the foreign body before presenting to the hospital. He is seen by ophthalmology, who report normal vision in both eyes and intact extraocular movements. A computed tomography (CT) head and face is performed.
