Abstract:
A 25-year-old woman with an unremarkable medical history presents with 6 months of progressive diplopia and right eye pain. Neurologic examination reveals a partial right abducens nerve palsy. Nasal endoscopy demonstrated a mass in the right ethmoid cavity.
