Abstract:
A 51-year-old male with a history of right silent sinus syndrome presents 3 months after right endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). Records indicate that the patient at the time had right periorbital inflammation as well as double vision and underwent right maxillary, total ethmoid, sphenoid, and frontal sinusotomy.
