A 52-year-old female presents with an incidental left sinonasal cavity lesion found during workup of a tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Computed tomography (CT) scan of the neck was notable for a 1.9 × 1.4 × 2.7 cm3 expansile low-density left sinonasal lesion involving the nasal cavity and indistinguishable from the left middle turbinate.
