A 17-year-old male with a history of cystic fibrosis (CF) (F508del; G551D) presents with complaints of nasal congestion, purulent rhinorrhea, and intermittent facial pain. Symptoms have been present in varying severity since he was a child. He does not recall a time when he was completely asymptomatic.
