Abstract:

Patient is a 75-year-old female presenting with 6 weeks of right-sided double vision with restricted movement. Patient denies eye pain, swelling, or problems with tearing. She denies having any sinonasal symptoms such as facial pain, epistaxis, nasal obstruction, congestion, discharge, or hyposmia.

    Nasal endoscopy + CT scan of the nose and para-nasal sinuses +/- contrast : To rule out nasal, para-nasal or nasopharyngeal cause.
