Abstract:

A 48-year-old female with a history of asthma presents with persistent nasal congestion, hyponasal voice, hyposmia, chronic rhinorrhea, and ear fullness. She admits reactions to aspirin and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that cause difficulty breathing.
