Abstract:

A 37-year-old woman with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) after sinus surgery. Associated reactive airway disease with 2 emergency department presentations for acute shortness of breath in the past 6 months. Sinus symptoms began 2 years ago, with subsequent development of cough and episodic shortness of breath. She reports no known exacerbating factors, but does experience facial flushing and wheezing when drinking red wine.
